Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe was raised in a mixed ethnic family. Her father and mother have both been English. She was born in a South London council estate, and at the age of fourteen, she attended The Brit School. She studied acting at The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, London. While attending the academy, she performed in several stage productions such as The King Henry V playing Princess Katherine as well as Wuthering Heights portraying Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began her career as an actor in the movie Storm Damage. She has since made appearances on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her debut film as a performer is her role in the Woody Allen 2007 movie Cassandra's Dream. She starred opposite Colin Farrell & Ewan MacGregor. Following that success, she played Elisha in the one-off BBC Three drama pilot West 10 LDN which aired in 2007 and she also appeared in six episodes of Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. She also landed the role of Bambi on The ITV2 drama series Secret Diary of a Call Girl which aired in three and two series. Madekwe also appeared on the comedy How to Lose Friends and alienate others (2008). Her credits in theatre are Little Sweet Thing or Roy Williams and Flight Path of David Watson.
Madekwe was chosen to play Ashley Davenport on the ABC drama The Beautiful Life. The two-episode show aired only for the duration of two weeks The CW and then it ended. In February 2011, she was cast in the role of Ashley Davenport in the ABC drama series Revenge. Following her appearance as a regular on the first two seasons the show was announced late May 2013 that Madekwe would leave the show after a guest appearance in the first episode of the third season. She played Tituba in the TV show Salem in 2014 until. Madekwe and her partner of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were wed in June of 2012. They worked together on Secret Diary of a Call Girl. He also played with her on Salem.

Ashley Leggat, a twice Gemini nominated actress is a member of a large family from Hamilton, Ontario. The four brothers she had were also present and included twins Todd and Bram, Brett & Rob. Ashley was raised in the arenas and baseball parks since her four athletic brothers all were hockey players, baseball players, and basketball in summer and winter. Ashley was unable to walk, but was able to dance. In the end, when she turned 2 when she was two, she began to learn about Baby Ballet. Ashley was hooked on dance immediately. When she was in the high school she attended, Ashley danced competitively in the highest divisions of ballet, tap, jazz pointe, acrobatics lyrical, musical theatre and hip hop. She won the top soloist at each of the main dance contests, including, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance among others.
