Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe comes from a multi-cultural family. She was born within South London. Her mother and father are both English. She grew up in the south of a London community estate, where she attended The Brit School at age 14. It was the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art is where she earned the BA in acting. The stage she appeared in was several productions as a student including King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe began acting with Storm Damage. In the following years, she appeared on Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Her breakthrough role came in 2007's Woody Allen film Cassandra's Dream. It was in the role of Colin Farrell (who played the character of Cassandra) and Ewan McGrath. She then appeared in Elisha in a BBC Three pilot drama, in West 10 LDN. In her role, she also played Ollie for six episodes of Trexx, Flipside, and Flipside. The ITV2 show Secret Diary of a Call Girl was her first appearance in 2008 as Bambi. Madekwe starred as the lead character in How to Lose Friends And Alienate Others. The comedy released in 2008. A couple of her credits on stage are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) and Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe was officially introduced to her US debut on The Beautiful Life in 2009. The show aired just two episodes on The CW, and was then cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in ABC's drama Revenge. The departure of Madekwe from the show was officially announced in May of 2013. After two years as a main character, she appeared as a guest in the first episode of season three. The actress portrayed Tituba in the TV show Salem from 2014 to the year 2016. Madekwe, along with her boyfriend of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were wedding in June of 2012. Both have appeared in Secret Diary of a Call Girl. They have also appeared together in Salem.

Ashley Leggat grew up in Hamilton Ontario with an extended family. She was raised by the parents Roy and Patty as well as four brothers who were older than them: Brett, Todd and Bram twins, Rob, and Brett. Ashley's family, which is all athletic, played in the summer months and play hockey in the winter months. Ashley did not walk; instead, she danced. When she was two and half she discovered Baby Ballet. Ashley discovered a love for dancing after she started Baby Ballet. Ashley continued to compete until her high-school graduation at the top levels of competitions, such as ballet, tap, Jazz, Pointe, Acrobatics, Musical Theatre, Lyrical Hip Hop and many more. The important dance competitions, including International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers 56-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, Dance, Dance, Dance and others, have awarded her with the honor of "top soloist".
